I was encouraged each time I had a Hot Stone Massage to book a course of 3 or 6 and finally did. At the 1st one only 2 lukewarm stones were used very briefly at the end. The music was loud and the first 10-15 mins of my massage all lights were left on. The therapist 'disappeared' after my treatment and did not even offer me a glass of water. I will not be booking any further courses of treatment as it seems that when you do, you receive only sub-standard service.
