The spa was pleasant and clean. My therapist was very friendly and had a professional attitude. However, the waxing (bikini and underarm) were both terrible - I didn't realise until I got home. A lot of hair from my bikini line had not actually been removed successfully. My underarms were in pain and red raw for more than 2 days. This has never happened to me before. The therapist went over the area of skin repeatedly. I have 'after' photos and will be asking for my money back.

I enjoyed the massage although it was quite gentle it was relaxing. I was just a little disappointed that there were no refreshments which it said was included in the offer.
