Highly recommend. I have very stiff muscles in my back, with lots of knots. One hour on the warm table and I feel restored. The team are attentive and will ask how hard you would like the massage to be. I have been lots of times and will definitely be going again. The rooms are the perfect temperature. The bed is also heated. They provide a refreshing green tea for after your appointments.
