I never had my haircut as when I went for my appointment the salon was closed, I booked via treatwell for a Thursday evening at 6.30pm but no one was there. My previous appointment with the salon 2 wks earlier she cancelled it as she had a bad migraine which I totally understand if she was too ill. But then to not be there for my following hair appointment? I text her when I got there, no reply. Text Emma again following day, no reply, I called her but didn't answer.
