I came in for an eyebrow and upper lip threading and the lady used wax after the threading and irritated my and removed the top layer of the dermis. In my opinion when you pay for threading you should get threading not additional treatments that you don’t consent to. My skin is on fire and I am in a lot of pain and the top layer of skin has come off from this treatment. I will not be returning again and I want a refund for this treatment which has damaged my skin.
