Felt so at ease and relaxed during it, and it wasn't as painful as I thought it would be! Always a bonus with waxing! Such friendly and welcoming staff, and treatment done swiftly

I was initially nervous about having this done but was immediately out at ease - chatting away throughout the whole treatment! I will definitely be returning such a gem that's hidden!
Rather disappointed with hair services here. Very rushed, no real atmosphere, stylist too busy to chat, no offer of a drink or mags whilst my foils were on, hardly anything taken off the length of my hair, hair cutting itself lasted no more than 10 mins and hair just blasted off rather than blow dried properly. nail services here are always fab but won't be returning for my hair.
