Nothing missed, everything done as requested. Staff friendly made to feel at ease. First place ever used to be waxed, would recommend.
The staff are friendly there were 2 downsides to my visit:1) the appointment was 12:30 but as I arrived she told me it’s 12:40. I don’t mind changing the time just be forthcoming and say we’re sorry we’ve changed it not try to make me believe I’ve got the time wrong. 2) there’s 2 prices for blow dry and I’ve picked the £20 assuming it has more to it when it’s just as good as the £14 do u basically pay £6 for nothing
Other than that the blow dry it self was great and I would go again but I’ll book the cheaper and arrive on time in case I had to wait.
