Was charged more for the treatment than stated when booked through Treatwell. When I complained to Treatwell about this, Treatwell advised that as the treatment was paid for in cash there was nothing they could do and that the salon would contact me to arrange a refund for the overcharging. It's 10 days later and I'm still waiting to be contacted.
As for the treatment itself, the spray tan was ok, but went very patchy after only 2 days.
What a pleasant surprise!! Hadn't been to this salon before but was let down by usual therapist so thought I would give it a try! Had a Hollywood and it was amazing 😍 Salon is gorgeous and clean and all the staff are so friendly! Can't recommend enough. Thank you xx
Nikki was lovely. She completed both treatments, massage was very relaxing.
No waiting, ready for when I arrived.
