The facial itself was nice and the therapist made me feel very welcome and comfortable however, the atmosphere during the facial was not very relaxing. There was a bright light on for the duration of the treatment, no music and I consistently heard the conversations from outside the room as well as the noise from the hairdryers.
I was also disappointed to discover that the products used during my facial were not Elemis products as advertised, but a generic salon brand. Not only is this false advertising but I specifically booked this facial because it was Elemis and I know they do not test on animals, I have no idea if these other products used are ethical or not.
Unfortunately, I feel overall that the service was not worth the value I paid.
