My fingernails were not prepared before putting the gel on, except a hint of nail filing, where the "nail dust" wasn't cleaned off before adding the gel. Oh, they hardly have any colours to choose from, which was a shame. When it was time for the pedicure I had to have the gel on my toes removed. This was done just by using a nail file, and only half of the gel came off. The nail file gave me a big cut on my toe, that started bleeding and the girl who did it didn't say anything. Didn't even ask if I was okey or say sorry! The cut is now infected, so that's great.... basically, would never go here again, almost regret paying, as it was so not worth it!
