wouldn't recommend wasting your money getting a facial done here. I booked in for an hour facial which started late and ended early. Felt like the employee had no idea what she was doing, everything was unorganised - there was no ambiance and she was using unclean products on my face.

Booked an appointment, drove all the way there (45 minutes) paid for city centre parking (not cheap) then found a message on my phone telling me my appointment had been cancelled as there was staff training. They did offer to fit me in later on that day but that was no good to me really as I was going on holiday that afternoon. Disappointed as this is supposed to be a really good salon hence me making the journey to get there.

Very good value for money. Hairdresser was hesitant to cut my hair how I wanted so came away disappointed. Blow dry was good though
