I had a lady called Maria for a Hollywood wax and she was very quick! Happy with the results. Salon was clean and staff friendly, glad they had early morning appointments which are hard to come by in Oxford!

The process was nice and the girl was nice and i thought everything was fine, but then i get home and find out that they gave me a wax burn after Hollywood wax and i have no idea how but she managed to give me a wax burn on my arms! Wax burn by the way is when the layer of skin is ripped! I have never in my life had a wax burn on my arms! The girl was not Aysha, it was the one from Reading.

The venue was completely empty and looked like it has recently undergone construction. There was drywall dust and open holes in the walls. The massaging chair arm fell apart in the manicurist hands. Colors were not available for viewing except for opening each bottle. Not ideal. I will not be going back.
