Unfortunately the experience was pretty poor. I have overlooked a couple of things which were out of her control but the few that I will mention are: her phone kept ringing during the massage (three times) and she didn't turn it off, the room was quite cold during the massage and she tried to persuade me out of getting it and also my nail polish job wasn't very good (the big toe came off the next day despite letting it dry for the recommended 24hrs whilst wearing open toed sandals).

Overall it was as good as it could be, staff were very kind and as gentle as can be. However, when I got home I had a whole strip of my leg that had been missed, I’m unable to go back as at work all week then on holiday so I’m going have to shave!
