The room, massage and staff member were fantastic. Sadly they were very busy on the day and the door was locked initially and I had to wait almost 45 minutes. However the experience and friendliness of the staff was so lovely that i quickly forgot about the wait.

I have always had a great service at this salon - the staff are lovely and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Next appointment already booked.
Very good, friendly staff. Nice ambiance. Good value for money. A bit far from central london, but worth the visit. Will come again. Do recommend.
