Truly exceptional massage. General ambiance not so amazing but who cares when the massage is that perfect.
As always the wonderful ladies at Vogue were wonderful. Luckily this salon is near to where I live and come here for all of my waxing needs. Definitely recommended.
I went in for some waxing and ended up adding on a massage. The wax was great, the therapist was lovely, and the facilities were fine. My massage therapist was very good and released a lot of tension. She seemed very knowledgeable and was very attentive. The massage room was very pleasant which came as a surprise as from the outside, vogue aesthetics does not look as it seems. Overall a great experience and I will return.
AVOID! **READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING** I have to say before I begin that there is 1 decent therapist working here. This isn't about her it's about the whole shambles that is vogue spa. To be honest this isn't the first time that I have had a terrible experience with them - I just gave them the benefit of the doubt that they would sort get their s**t together, but obviously not. Basically I booked a massage with said therapist and when I arrived they couldn't find my booking . This is because STUPIDLY they operate 2 different booking systems and don't check them both. So when I arrived they had someone else booked in too. The worst part about this is that there is no apology for their mistake - they talk to you like its your fault, then they blame treatwell for it! In my experience I have never had this with any other treatwell bookings elsewhere. The manager hasn't got a clue whats going on. My booking was for 3:30 - they aid i could have it at 7pm! ALSO - They don't just get it wrong when you book online - my husband and I went in IN PERSON to book a massage every monday for 6 weeks, but when he turned up they didn't have anything booked in and weren't able to do it! Its a joke. Especially when you have left work early to get there. Again no apology and nothing put in place to avoid this happening. If you are lucky enough to get the 1 good therapist, the treatments are pretty good. But I had a facial there a few weeks ago. If you look at my skin you can see that its combination/congested/acne prone. So I booked for the papaya enzyme facial (I have had this before). Anyway - the manager decided to do a weird moisturising facial which wasn't good at all. She also left me lying there for 15 minutes while she went off and I think, had a bit of lunch! She came back into the room chewing. It was disastrous and I broke out 2 days later. I have also had other bad experiences with other therapists here so today when they tried to palm me off to a different therapist, I just couldn't bear the thought of lying there and hating every minute. Anyway, just had to get that off my chest as I was really looking forward to having a massage today. They are also really unhelpful when you ask for a refund too - saying that they can't do anything. No suggestion of how to get my £30 back. Luckily Treatwell are really helpful and issued a refund immediately. Booking a treatment here is not a good idea if you want to get there and have a relaxing enjoyable time. If you enjoy the feeling of arriving, being spoken to like you have done something wrong, not getting your treatment an leaving disappointed - go for it!
This is a lovely, clean and beautifully calm venue. The staff were very friendly and the massage was very thorough. She kept checking that the pressure was OK.
