I had a facial wax, Koy was great and did this as quick and painlessly as possible. And even put some cooling gel on after the treatment as my skin is quite sensitive. Great value for money and everyone is really sweet. Please note they do not accept card payment for any treatments under £25, which I found out and had to nip to a cash machine next door! But overall a great service with lovely staff!

Not as good a standard as it usually is. I did not receive the reflexology part of this package at all and when I tried to clarify with the staff they didn't really say anything which was a bit disappointing as it was a big part of why I picked this package
