I had a morning appointment- the room was still very cold as the heating had only just been switched on. The massage was great but in December the timer should be set to warm the room before the earlier appointments.

I had a traditional Thai massage with Katherine - it was fabulous - one of the best I have ever had. I have given 4 stars overall as the massage had to be rearranged a couple of times - I think they are short of staff at present - but the massage itself is highly recommended
