I requested one therapist a week ahead of time to find out on the massage bed that she will only be conducting my facial, she was recommended to me and the only reason I travelled across London.
The massage started and I was not asked about any areas I’d like focussed on and at one point the therapist just left the room for a few minutes for no apparent reason.
The facial was nothing like I’ve had before, I was not asked about my skin and why I was getting a facial which is what I’ve experienced every time I’ve had one, it was a shoddy experience.
I was not met at reception on my way out to be able to complain, instead there were therapists lining the walkway from the treatment room eating nuts on the floor and watching tv. During the treatment all I could hear was chatter and noise so not relaxing at all.
I paid over £80 for this and feel it was not worth my money, utterly disappointing.

The massage was so relaxing and my back felt really loose afterwards. May used the perfect pressure but made sure to ask and make sure I was comfortable.
