The staff here are really lovely, helpful and do and excellent job. The place is not quite as luxuious as some places I have been to but it is clean and lovely (hence my four stars for ambience). I would definitely recommend!

I had a thirty minute elemis facial and have rated this five stars. I was instantly greeted by a lovely therapist who provided me with slippers and was taken to the treatment rooms. The salon is much bigger then it looks. The therapist took me through some questions to find out what I wanted to achieve and was very thorough and kept me updated throughout the treatment. After the relaxing facial - I was then offered a lovely lemon grass tea. Which was very refreshing.. This is my new favourite place in Acton and cannot recommend enough. I cannot wait to return to try all the different treatments.
I had a Bikini Wax. It was very easy to book an appointment and the waxing was very well done, on time and fast.
Lovely venue, much bigger than I had thought. My therapist was very good and I really enjoyed my facial. Would go again - they do Thai massage as well, in fact they have a Thai ambience as they give you slippers when you arrive. I was also offered lemongrass tea at the end. Recommend.
