I was disappointed this time. I was booked in for a thread and tint. There was another lady scheduled at the same time as me. They were rushing through my treatment because of this, and did not take off my eyebrow makeup before threading and tinting which has really inflamed my skin. My eyebrow shape is not great, I didn't say anything because the lady working on me seemed irritated. I did book ahead but the lady said she thought I was a walk in, even though I did say I was a booking.
