Great experience with Charlene, she is always friendly and helpful, and pay attention to detail with eyebrows and eyelash tints, always checks what you want and that you are comfortable before starting, Charlene checks to see if everything is ok

The senior stylist Amelia, who did my hair did a good job refreshing my outgrown haircut however my booking was with an advanced stylist. Beside there being a small difference in price, I wasn't told that someone else will be doing my hair defeating the point of a booking system. Just a few other observations following my visit to improve customer experience: check with the client the temp of the water, use heat protection even when rough drying hair and please take care to clean the tools.
