I felt rushed and I did not feel I was listened to or got the result I wanted. I was only there for half an hour, for wash cut and blow dry.

I've had my eyebrows and top lip done twice now by Charlene. They are by far the best eyebrows I've ever had done. The shape is perfect. When it comes to my top lip I hate it. It's my most sensitive part but Charlene is very reassuring and very quick . It's more copeable than others ive had done! I had my first ever facial this week and it was pure bliss. So relaxing and my skin felt amazing !!! Would highly recommend Charlene to everyone.
