The customer service experience SUCKS! I went back multiple times to fix a nail that had smudged & they did not accommodate me at all! The actual mani/ pedi experience was good, but I have had better customer service in loads of other spas nearby . Not coming back here!

Love this place! Such a nice friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are so nice. It’s my new go to place for nails. And the massage chairs...so good.
