Excellent pedicure in a calm, clean environment. Nails look excellent and my feet are really smooth.
Could only be improved with better prior warning about additional charge. I received an email 2 hours before my appointment (I booked a few days prior) stating that I would have to either pay for or provide a personal kit for the treatment. It would be much better if this sort of request is made clear at the point of booking as opposed to just before the appointment.
