The salon was freezing cold, the floor was dirty, no one actually spoke to me more than a couple of words, the nail technician on my hands was holding my arm in such an awkward position my arm was shaking. The nails looked good, but the technician needlessly hacked away at healthy skin around my cuticles, so I’ll have to spend time repairing them. Overall there are much friendlier, warmer salons around St John’s Wood to go to!

This is my fave place but u fortunately the bio gel I got last time was fantastic and lasted a month. This time within a week it was chipping and it was transparent so the coats weren’t applied thickly and well enough to be strong. A bit disappointed
