Such a disappointing experience. Been to Vivi on many occasions quite successfully but this operative was completely without skill or charm. Poked and prodded my cuticles and my big toe was bleeding and sore. No apology, nothing. Then the paraffin. , slopping paraffin onto my feet with rough brush . The owner arrived and tried to help him wrap my feet in cling film which was very clumsy. Peeling off afterwards clumsy and covered in mess. Told owner "ask for me next time" no apology. Unhappy.
