The lady who did my manicure did not remove my clear polish and kept saying later later, but was ready to put another layer on top after the manicure was over! She was also quite aggressive while removing the cuticle skin.. not happy at all.

I have lived in London for 6 years, been too many nail salons and although they did a good job, none have been as kind, attention to detail and just fun to be around as the staff at Viva.
