It was just an okay experience. When I got in there was no one at the reception which is okay since they were quite busy. However I had a negative first impression because a lady working at the manicure bar who saw me come in first did not bother to welcome me to the salon and I had to wait about 5 minutes for anyone to speak to me although she saw me as soon as I walked. Little detail but I think its the little things like this that can make or break a place. 3*s for customer serv. 4* for nails
