I have been a lot of times before but this time was one of the worse experiences. I asked for a white pedicure and ended up getting my toe cut by the cuticle trimmer and my toe was bleeding and I can see see the stain in the pedicure now. Just felt rushed and not enough care was taken when trimming the nails

Wonderful staff, they were even so kind to reschedule a manicure for me as I was running late, despite my booking them for the same day. Would highly recommend!

The salon is beautiful and the other nail technicians seemed really friendly. I'm giving it 3 stars however, as I unfortunately had a very grumpy technician who wouldn't look me in the eye or even say hello. He also didn't take care with my nails when I asked him to be delicate, which cause it to be painful.
I wouldn't go back to him, but I look forward to trying other nail technicians as the salon came recommended.
