Really great quality nails but it would be nice if they saw customers at the time they had booked rather than sitting waiting for the next nail technician. Seems a bit pointless to book if they don't keep to the scheduled time. Just turn up and wait in line service

ViVi is always a lovely experience. Staff are friendly and professional, the manicures and pedicures are flawless, and they have plenty of colours.

I was looking to finally get a manicure and pedicure, and relax, a little time for myself. The store is small, and the pedicure is done in the lower ground, so not very airy and light, but all in all, staff was very nice and welcoming.
