The staff are good, one of the girls was amazing and her customer service skills were 10/10. The ambiance was a bit disorganised and we felt a little awkward (unsure of what to do) at times. The Luxury pedicure was great value for money and they did a wonderful job. The Pedicure room is downstairs, we went on a reasonably cold day and even with the fans on it was quite warm, not a bad thing, but just keep it in mind.
