Pedicure
I came here for the second time. the first I had a great experience with Jackie: clean station, perfect pedi. I requested him again, but had someone else instead - which made no mention at all of it. It was an end of day appointment and my station was dirty: no matter how busy it is, in-between customers they should take two minutes to spray clean arm rest, seat and bowl... seating in someone's nail debreee isn't exactly pleasant. Also the water had bits in it rather than being clear, meaning the sink hadn't been cleaned properly. The pedi was ok, though a bit rushed and lengths slightly different. it felt like a hit and miss. I like this place so will give it another go: hope they can take into account this feedback to make small improvementa, which can make all the difference in the world to customers like myself :)
