Hoping it’s a one-off but I had a terrible experience (I go to Vivi’s a lot) with a member of staff who had a real attitude problem. Very frustrating but I must be honest. Don’t be sarcastic with clients, constantly yawn and huff and puff about what you’re doing! Everyone else in the salon is lovely but this one girl is sass central 💁🏻‍♀️
