Arrived and was waiting for 35mins nothing said until the end, ‘Thank you for waiting’. I had a meeting to get too, it was lucky I gave it 1hr 30. Felt a bit rushed. And as I went to leave they said I owed them £5, I paid for my treatment on Treatwell so don’t know why it wasn’t calculated properly, I think I would of said ‘on us for the lateness’ or maybe next time if someone comes and you’re running late say to them ‘I’m really sorry we are about 30/40mins behind, is this okay’?
Otherwise treatment was done well, just just rushed compared to other places over been. Nice atmosphere and pretty shop.
