I booked a pedicure weeks in advance but arrived to find a couple sitting having pedicures. I had to sit and wait with my feet soaking in tepid water for 20 mins. It made me wonder what was the point in making an appointment at all.
When the pedicurist eventually came over, she turned the hot water tap on - it was boiling and I screamed out loud. The pedicurist did not apologise for burning my foot but just applied some cream. She was surly throughout. A most unpleasant experience.
