My cuticles were literally hacked by the lady who prepped my nails for my manicure. One ended up bleeding with another lady wanting to put gel on my nail which had blood all round it and my cuticle still bleeding. Within a few days the gel/shellac has already chipped and I’ve ended up removing it. Very disappointing.

The last three times I have had a shellac manicure here the service hasn’t been anywhere near as good as it used to be. Rushed and a bit sloppy, past two times the shellac has started lifting after a few days where it used to stay for weeks. The time before last the lady shaping my nails practically hacked into my nail beds at the side to the point where my fingertips were sore that evening.
