I have on going shoulder problems, and having slept awkwardly a few days ago, needed the knots in my neck and shoulder eased out.
The therapist today gave me a thorough deep tissue massage, and though I'm a little sore now, a couple of hours later, I already feel much looser and better. I will go again soon.

You go through the hairdressers and upstairs to the treatment rooms - there is a nice waiting area. The actual massage was very good, firm like I asked for and targeted problem areas effectively.
