Always good. Menchitas attention to detail is what sets her apart from other therapists. There was a lot of background noise (thumping music) on this occasion from the barber's upstairs, which was a bit annoying. She sorted it for me out at the time but her new salon is not going to work long term if people come to relax (as I did).
