I have on going shoulder problems, and having slept awkwardly a few days ago, needed the knots in my neck and shoulder eased out.
The therapist today gave me a thorough deep tissue massage, and though I'm a little sore now, a couple of hours later, I already feel much looser and better. I will go again soon.
