My daughter bought me a deep-tissue massage at Vitality as a present after being treated there herself, and I'll certainly be booking myself in for more treatments! I suffer with chronic back and neck pain, and I've slept better since the treatment than I had for weeks before, and still feel calmer and more relaxed three days later. My compliments to Astrid who treated me, she was skilled and professional and ensured I felt comfortable with the treatment at all times
