I've been suffering with back pain for a few months and the treatment at Vitality helped me so much! And it's not a single visit experianse I am regular client of Menchita... every time I visit her and her team Im so refreshed on my way home. She always focuses on the specific problem I have. Lovely venue. Great value for money. Clean. Comfortable. Professional and very relaxing.

My partner and I are regular and loyal customers. However the last few times that we’ve been there for massages we’ve been very disappointed with the poor customer service. Menchita rushed me into the massage in a stressful way, because she’s usually back to back. At the end she left with barely speaking with me or answering my questions. I felt like the customer is not taken care of and not treated in a kind way. There should be a gap between clients so we’re all given individual attention.
