Menchita is just amazing therapist. Such a good treatment. She makes me comfortable during massage session and after massage give me suggestions about aftercare what i can do treat my back stiffness. Really amazing experience. Definitely going back.

I have had a lot of massages and I have to say, honestly this has been one of the best. Menchita was fantastic. I came in with lower back pain, it’s been a couple of days since my visit and I feel so much better already. Menchita was thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. She gave a phenomenal deep tissue massage targeting the problematic area and gave me great aftercare advice. I will definitely be returning. If anyone is located in and around the Kingston area, I highly recommend!
