Seen on time by menchita . Very professional . Probably one of the best sports massages I have had . I came In with lot of pain in my leg and left almost pain free . Will go back to her next week for a follow up session.

I was a few minutes late due to traffic, but Sheryl still took a full hour for the treatment. She was careful to ask whether there were particular areas that needed attention and how firm I would prefer the massage to be, and then repeatedly checked to see that I was ok during the massage. She was skilful and clearly recognised the particularly knotty areas I hadn't even realised were bad. I have had 4 or 5 treatments at Vitality now and can thoroughly recommend them.
