I was 15 minutes late but the staff were kind and relaxed about it. Their service and the whole experience was excellent.

Really really good service - cheap, effective and the staff are wonderful. Can't really fault the place. Only thing I would say is that it is a bit of a weird location, having to go upstairs of the hairdressers.
