I knew during the treatment that something wasn't right. It was painful having the lashes applied and she glued my eyelids together! When she'd finished, half the lashes weren't done, so I complained and she applied more. They were all lopsided and criss crossing. I since went to get infills elsewhere and was told I couldnt have them because the woman who had carried out this treatment had clumped all my lashes together, so they'd need completely removing.

I booked this as a birthday treat for my partner and it was just perfect for him. I wanted him to feel comfortable as he enjoys pedicures but doesn't want to be exposed to people staring at him through the salon windows. So this place is really nice, quiet and discreet. The therapist was so thorough with both treatments and we will definitely be going back!
