Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I did get the wax a bit too hot and got the underarm area burnt. Nothing major but good to keep in mind

The procedure was painful and my teeth were not whiter by the end of it. I called back to explain my issue and I was told that the manager would call me back when she didn't.
