The woman who did my nails was very nice but not super chatty, so there should really be some music as it is not that relaxing to just be in dead silence with only the traffic noise outside. Some spa music would make a real difference.
Additionally, in terms of the manicure itself, whilst pushing back my cuticles the beautician accidentally cut me, I bled a LOT throughout the manicure which ruined the experience somewhat, and I continued to bleed for two days whenever I touched it. The skin around it is very sore and swollen which means the manicure doesn't look great with one swollen finger. Finally, on one of my thumbs of the same hand as the cut there is just one massive BLOB of nail varnish on one side which also doesn't look brilliant. The beautician was apologetic about the cut but it ruined my experience.
