The beautician was lovely and did a very pain-free and thorough job. The salon is small and a little dated but clean and comfortable. I am very happy with the results and will definitely be going back.

Very pleased with my treatment, my eyelashes looked so good after. The lady doing my treatment was lovely, she would explain everything she would do to my eyelashes and made me feel really comfortable.

I had a full body wax and I regret to say it was terrible. The beauticians however were very friendly, but that doesn't excuse the poor service. They had to go over my hollywood and leg area several times because they missed so many hairs and it was very patchy, by the end of the wax my skin was so sore and sensitive. I wax all the time and have never had this problem before. Underarms and eyebrows were also not done properly.I had to go home and shave over/pluck all areas of my body because my skin was so sore that they could not wax over it again. The service was very unprofessional; the beauticians changed halfway through my wax and left the room 3 times to check on things outside during my wax, which made me feel uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The only good thing about the wax was the price, but personally I would rather pay double and have the wax done properly. I will never be returning to the salon.

Excellent eyebrow threading by beautician Katie, fantastic service and I will definitely be returning. Location is very near to my work so I shall tell all my work colleague :0)
