the place is not fancy but frankly I don't care about luxuries. I m more interested in results. And this was one of the most satisfying deep tissue massages I had this year so far. I would and will go back.

The girl doing my threading didnt ask me what I wanted and just got straight to work, meaning I ended up with a different shape before I even had a chance to say anything

I booked an appointment last minute and was hugely impressed on my first visit to this salon! I notified the beautician to let her know I was running late and she was very patient and waited past her normal working hours to see me - thank you again. The salon is a short walk from Aldgate/Liverpool Street stations and was very clean. The beautician threading my eyebrows was thorough, using both thread and tweezers to shape. She also advised me on the shape of my eyebrows and I plan to return because of the amount of care that went into the treatment - not a 2 minute rushed job that I've received in other places in London. Really pleased with the new shape. The manager was very friendly and made a real effort to make me feel comfortable which I really appreciated. Thank you again.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Waxing however was average, would probably not be back though as not all hair was removed and had to do this at home which was a bit of a pain. Also had patches of skin ripped off from legs and bikini line which look a bit bad at the moment (have been moisturising a lot to fix this).
