I've been going here quite regularly now for bikini waxes, I've also had several massages and a manicure. I can't fault the place. It's got a wonderfully informal and yet highly professional feel. The staff are very attentive and kind, they immediately make their clientele feel welcomed and at ease, I've never had a missed appointment (although I think I've missed a few!), the treatments are always carried out quickly and efficiently, I've certainly never noticed so much as a spec of dust in any area of the establishment. I highly recommend Vitalia and plan to continue going here for the foreseeable future.

The therapist was great, really lovely and helpful. The treatment was quick and almost painless which was great. The actual place is a bit strange, on top of a hairdressers and a bit run down. But they make the most of the space and the staff were great - really good value for the city too. I'll definitely be going back!

The salon seemed a little disorganized on arrival as they had booked me in for the wrong treatment. The wax was good and thorough, and I was pleased with the result. However as I had booked an 'extended bikini' wax for £12 (there was no option for a Hollywood) and then they asked if I would prefer a hollywood and I said yes, the price rose to £30 which I thought was a little disproportionate (I found out on payment). Great treatment but not great value as I had selected that salon for the good deal and at that price I could have gone anywhere.

I booked for an eyebrow threading at Vitalia Beauty and Wellness.Very happy with it. The saloon is clean and inviting. I will be booking my next appointment soon.
