In hind sight, I wished I had walked out when I was first put into the room as the bed wasn't clean as it had wax all over the towel and just felt unclean the whole time I was lying there. Then she washed my face with cold water to get rid of my makeup, which is a first and the worse part was the sponge she used to wipe my face smelt really bad which I assume was old and mouldy!! Then during the treatment she used her fingers to apply the glycolic on my face and was really rough and got it on my lip and eye lid which she didn't wipe it off and I now have a red scar on my skin. I literally ran home and went for a shower and the peel didn't even do anything but give me skin unevenness and rashes.
