The aesthetician was really friendly and helpful, even gave some samples to go home with! The eyebrow and threading was perfect, and a great price too!
Incredibly friendly staff, very clean facilities and value for money.
The lady that did my massage made me feel comfortable and was really lovely and approachable. Whilst the oils didn't smell of anything I was super relaxed and she really listened to what I needed. I explained that I wasn't sleeping so she customised my massage to meet that. She was really excellent. The only downside was that after 7pm the downstairs hairdressers gets locked and this is the only way out so I couldn't get out of the building. However, a member of staff was happy to help once I made them aware of this. I recommend this massage. Great value for money.
Great experience - staff are always lovely and welcoming. The only reason I gave it 4 stars this time instead of the usual 5 was that I was taken 10 minutes later than my booked time. I totally understand that 5 or 10 minutes here or there is expected, but I really needed this one to be on time I'm afraid. But the staff were kind enough to permit me money off for my next booking so very happy. I always go to Vitalia as they are extremely reasonable and do a good job!
Really good experience with the luxury callous peel - wasn't sure what to expect as there was no description but it exceeded my expectations. Very professional service - lady was friendly, knowledgable, listened to my concerns and checked in with me frequently to make sure I was comfortable. Would go again! One tiny niggle I had was that other members of staff kept interrupting and coming into the room, which was a bit annoying.
